Since 2017
IMPACTOLatino recruits, trains, provides for, coaches, and connects church planters across Mexico and Latin America. It grew out of eighteen years of hands-on church planting — first as local pastors in Pachuca, then through IMPACTOnetwork, which planted four churches and trained more than 180 pastors, leaders, and future planters between 2017 and 2026.
What changed is the model. The basic unit is no longer a rented building and a Sunday service, but a church that meets in a home. House churches gather regularly as a network for united celebrations, and their leaders are trained while they lead — not before. Most of them are co-vocational: they work, and they pastor. That single decision is what makes the model reproducible in cities and neighborhoods where a traditional church plant would never be financially possible.
Support follows evidence, not intention. A new network receives modest support when the first house church is actually meeting, and that support grows as the network grows — while the network itself progressively takes over the cost, until it carries its own pastor. It is a deliberate reversal of the common pattern of investing heavily before there is any proof of multiplication. Your gift goes to leaders who are already bearing fruit.
The first network is being planted in Querétaro, where it also serves as a learning lab: everything is tested, documented, and refined there before it is offered to other networks. Training is hybrid and self-paced — video and coaching by video call — so a pastor anywhere can begin when he and his family are ready, without relocating or leaving his work.
