We are grateful to share how God is opening doors for ministry in Thailand once again. Many of you knew that we had originally hoped to serve in Thailand last summer. Instead, the Lord redirected us to stay home so our middle daughter, Lizzy, could undergo surgery. We are thankful to share that she is healing well, and we have seen God’s kindness and provision through every step of that season. In the summer of 2026, our family will return to Southeast Asia, trusting that God is continuing the work He began during our previous trip in 2023. God is already at work through the RICD Wheelchair Project, where individuals affected by disability are receiving practical care, dignity, and hope. With his background in pediatric physical therapy, Luke will join the RICD Wheelchair Project team, supporting community outreach, helping to fit and build wheelchairs, and serving alongside Thai partners who faithfully demonstrate Christ’s love to others. As a family, we get the joy of serving at Missionary Family Retreat, supporting families touched by disability and joining in a ministry that encourages, strengthens, and points people to Jesus. We believe this trip is another step in God’s calling for long-term ministry in Southeast Asia. Our eyes have been opened to the deep need for therapy services, advocacy within local churches, and the message of Christ’s love for all people—each one created in the image of God and deserving of dignity, belonging, and hope. We see God’s hand in every step that has brought us to this point, from early seeds planted years ago to now returning as a family of five. We are humbled to participate in the work He is doing and trust Him to continue guiding our future. As we prepare our hearts and minds for this endeavor, we ask that you consider partnering with us. We know that prayer is the foundation of this mission, and we would be deeply grateful for your continued prayer. Additionally, we would love to invite you to financially partner with us. Our total budget for this outreach is $20,225, which covers all our necessary expenses (airfare, housing, transportation, visas, food, all ministry expenses, ect.) Many people generously supported us when we planned to go last year, and those funds were held on our behalf by New International. We have $18,000 left to raise. As always, financial gifts tax-deductible, made through our mission agency, New International.
Thank you for your partnership. For praying, encouraging, sending, and most importantly believing in this work that we know is so important to God’s kingdom. We are grateful to join God in what He is already doing in Thailand.
With love,
The Snelling Family
