James has been diagnosed with a serious kidney disorder and will have to have a kidney replaced. His daughter, Mary, is hoping to be the donor and they both are currently getting the needed tests in Yangon to determine the compatibility for a transplant. If all goes well James, Marta and Mary will travel to India for the surgery sometime in the next 60 days. They plan to be there several weeks and have all the accommodations and logistics worked out through a medical broker. But we have good news!
The entire cost for the surgery has already been covered by a very generous donor! Another generous donor has covered an extra contingency fund to cover any unexpected or additional expenses!
The Khongs are elated and can't express how grateful they are for everyone's prayers and God's immediate provision for their needs.
After the surgery and period of immediate aftercare in India they plan to return to Yangon and James will incur ongoing medical costs, which this fund will go towards.
