  • I focus on discipleship - This is the faithful beliefs, disciplines, and actions of a Jesus-follower growing in the Spirit. Discipleship prepares us for the field, sustains us on the field, and shapes our decisions as we leave the field. 
  • I help missionaries discern God's next steps - We follow a defined path to articulate the Spirit-led moments from the trip, make visual the turning points of each person's story, and spend dedicated time praying together listening for clarity moving forward.

When an individual missionary has personal care, he or she can embrace each life-changing moment, present the Gospel with hope and conviction, weather hard times or struggles, and be confident in the choice to answer God's calling on his or her life.
