My role is the Director of Operations for the Mobilization Department. In this role I am responsible for managing the operational side of the Mobilization Department so that missionaries, interns, and teams are being effectively recruited, equipped, and sent. To accomplish this I oversee the systems, processes, and logistics that make the Mobilization Department run smoothly. I also collaborate with leadership and other departments to turn the mobilization vision into practical systems, track outcomes, manage logistics for programs and teams, and ensure the department operates efficiently, strategically, and in alignment with the New International's mission to proclaim Christ and make disciples globally.
In Matthew 9, Jesus says “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” I get to play a role in sending workers out into the harvest field by using the organizational and logistical gifts that God has given me. I get to impact those who get to impact the nations for Christ.
I graduated from Ozark Christian College with a B.A. in Christian Ministry that had an emphasis on Intercultural Studies and Spiritual Formation. After completing my internship with New International in the Czech Republic, I knew that God was calling me to do ministry here! We live and serve from the Center for Global Outreach and I am grateful to get to partner with my husband, Keaton, in local youth ministry as well.
