This campaign is to raise funds for the Elkins to be able to afford and apply for "Indefinite Leave to Remain" (ILR) in Scotland. The goal is $15,000 for the whole family. ILR will allow the Elkins to continue their work in Edinburgh without having to pay for a visa every 3 years.
