Throughout high school and college, Cassie was actively involved with youth ministry at her home church, as well as in short-term mission projects. She had the opportunity to serve in several countries, including India, Thailand, and Mexico on short-term projects, and West Asia as an intern with New International.
Cassie first felt called into missions at the age of 16, while serving in India. Later, while serving in West Asia on an internship in 2016, Cassie felt called specifically to work in Short-Term Mobilization at New International. After getting her B.S. in Intercultural Studies at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee she moved to Fort Myers to join the Mobilization team where she served from 2017-2020.
While serving with the Short-Term Mobilization team on a project to New South Wales, Australia, she began to feel the Lord leading her into a new season of ministry. After two additional vision trips, she was sure the Lord was asking her to move forward with transitioning to the field in Australia where she serves alongside a church planting team, focusing her energy on engaging with youth and their families.
Cassie is excited about the amazing things God is doing among Australians and feels privileged to be a part of it. Cassie is honored to be a part of proclaiming Christ and making disciples globally in the South Pacific.
