Based at the Training Center, the IMPACTOnetwork Church Planting Residency Program is designed to equip future planters who have completed IMPACTOnetwork’s application and assessment process. The residents gain both theoretical and hands-on knowledge over the course of this unique 36-week program. They serve at Iglesia Cristiana La Viña, IMPACTO Latino’s first church plant in the city of Querétaro which serves as a learning lab for practical church planting experience.
These courses are now also available through the online platform, más IMPACTO, so that ministry leaders throughout Mexico and Latin America can grow in their understanding and effectiveness in church planting.
The Church Planting Training Center is also used throughout the year for workshops and conferences to equip church leaders. The IMPACTOnetwork staff has taught on cell church structure, legal and accounting requirements for churches, personal finance among other topics. Partners from the United States also teach seminars for the edification of leaders and churches.
It is home to IMPACTOnetwork's church planter assessment event, AVANZA. This event is unique in Latin America and helps potential church planters identify strengths and areas of improvement leading them to continued growth and preparation for church planting.
