Third Culture Kids (aka TCK)

Overview

We're growing our TCK team and are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join us.

Responsibilities include:

• co-leading a virtual teen group
• facilitating one-on-one parent check-ins
• family debriefs
• and more

Training is available for some specific areas.

You'll work closely with the Director of TCK Care Services, members of the TCK Care Team and NI's TCK families across the globe. Candidates should have experience with cross-cultural life, strong commuication skills, a heart for family ministry, and a deep commitment to the vision and values of NI. 

This position is support-funded, requires occasional travel, and is a minimum of one full working day per week. If you're passionate about serving TCKs and want to be part of a caring, enthusiastic team, we'd love to connect.
