JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Manager/Web Designer would be responsible for managing the infrastructure of our data systems, creating unique solutions to IT problems, creating bridges between systems, and managing the website. 

Child Sponsorship exists to proclaim Christ and make disciples by eliminating extreme poverty globally. Child Sponsorship relies on technology to join our team, partners, and donors to transform lives. The IT Manager/Web Designer role supports all aspects of the ministry, from how we connect with donors to the care in the field.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

-Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations
-In depth understanding of programming, computer science, and digital security
-Good communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening
-Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
-Customer service and interpersonal skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
-Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
