An Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting a Vice President (VP) in their normal duties for the success of divisional goals and objectives. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics for meetings, acting as the liaison between VP and co-laborers, and performing general clerical duties. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Organizational Management and previous experience providing support at the executive level. Strong research and interpersonal skills are a must.
