In 1989 a missionary, frustrated by his own experiences, was looking for a better, more fruitful way. Initially launched to make disciples in Russia, we have grown to over 200 missionaries serving in more than 40 countries around the world.
Since 1989, more than 2,500 missionaries have been part of the New International family through projects, internships, and career missions.
We intentionally foster a culture distinctly our own. One that sets us apart from other organizations, and makes New International an incredible place to work and serve. It encourages flexibility, trust, hard-work, and self-care, and helps us be more effective in Kingdom work.

Our team is equipped to handle all short-term needs from pre-field training and logistics, to debriefing upon return. The Finance Department exists to administrate with integrity the financial needs of the mission in a willing, prompt and courteous manner; creating a sense of ease, trust and confidence about mission finances and related issues.

Our missionaries come out of this process ready to do ministry, with a prayer and financial support team who know and love them. With a team share of 10% (Team Share Pdf), one of the lowest in the industry, you will be provided with everything you need to thrive in your calling.
