About me:
I’m Makenzie, I’m 24 years old. I am born and raised in Wheatland, Wyoming (Yes, Wyoming is a state!) I spend most of my time in the outdoors exploring God’s creation, I have a passion for hunting, fishing, riding my horses and day working on ranches. I grew up in my church, First Christian Church, and I have been actively serving by helping cook and serve on Wednesday nights, leading youth group, going on youth retreats, teaching the little kids, helping in the nursery and so much more! I graduated from college with an associate’s degree in General Agriculture, as the years have gone by I knew something needed to change. God stepped in and put the desires in my heart to serve him and become his disciple. Nothing makes me for joyful than to spread God’s Word, be an encouragement and help others as well as having conversations about Jesus as I am on this learning journey as well!
My reason for doing EnterMission:
I am at the age of trying to figure life out and being unsure as to what my future looks like. I believe EnterMission will help push me in ways I can only imagine, I am looking forward to strengthening my faith and deepen my relationship with God and make deeper connections with everyone else around me! This opportunity will open my eyes so I can see what is truly around me and I know this will benefit my future in wherever God leads me!
