European Youth Worker Gathering

Over the past several years, we have met youth workers across Europe who faithfully invest in the lives of young people. They mentor, encourage, and care for the next generation in amazing ways often while carrying the emotional, spiritual, and financial weight of ministry with little support themselves.

As we prayed and planned to develop an event for youth workers, we asked our partners across Europe what they needed most. Their answer was clear: time to rest, be spiritually refreshed, and connect with others who understand the challenges they face.

That's why we created The Gathering, a three-day YouthHOPE retreat and space for prayer, encouragement, and renewal. But for some youth workers, even the reduced registration cost is more than they can afford.

A gift of $200 sponsors one youth worker's room, meals, and retreat materials, making it possible for them to attend. Your gift of any amount helps strengthen those who faithfully serve young people every day.
