Our Journey: A Heart for the Nations

For over 30 years, God has given us the privilege to serve His Kingdom in unique and transformative ways. We pastored a church in the U.S. for 13 years, then spent eight unforgettable years in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, working alongside the local church, discipling leaders, and sharing the love of Christ in a challenging cross-cultural context. 

These experiences laid the foundation for the work we do today.

New Opportunity

We incubate gospel-centered, locally led businesses in strategic global cities. As a certified Growability® Business/Nonprofit Consultant, each founder receives coaching, light milestone-based funding, and compliance + family care so they can launch faster, hire locally, and sustain credible witness in the marketplace.

Central China — Large-Animal Veterinary Practice
Status: Operating profitably; 2 jobs created.
Why it matters: Trusted access to an unreached people group through excellent veterinary service.

Yangon, Myanmar — Sewing Social Enterprise
Status: Product line finalizing; local supply chain forming.
Why it matters: Dignified work for at-risk women; strengthens anti-trafficking resilience.

Berlin, Germany — Creative Venue & Studio
Status: Site identification and permitting path in motion.
Why it matters: Community hub for artists; relationship-building with internationals and refugees.

Edinburgh, Scotland — Board-Game Café & Social Space
Status: Concept tested; location scouting and startup plan.
Why it matters: Third-place hospitality; student engagement, mentoring, and discipleship.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia — Coffee Shop/Café
Status: Team and brand defined; lease/build-out planning.
Why it matters: Jobs for young adults and a consistent presence in a high-traffic district.

All projects are vetted and receive up to 12 months of Growability® coaching (operations, compliance, market validation, and founder/family care).

The Need

We are raising $150,000 to fully support a 5-venture cohort (12–18 months of coaching, compliance setup, market testing, and light milestone-based grants).

Stewardship: quarterly one-page updates; clear stop/go gates at milestones; jobs and revenue tracked.

Serving Missionaries in Southeast Asia

As Regional Directors for Southeast Asia, we have the privilege of serving and supporting 20+ cross-cultural workers and their families. These dedicated men and women and their families are spread across the region, serving in a variety of innovative and impactful ways. Our role is to care for them holistically—helping them thrive spiritually, emotionally, and practically in their ministry contexts.

Ministries We Directly Support!

Here are examples of the ministries we oversee and encourage in Southeast Asia:

• Lisu Pastor and Church Planter: A faithful couple planting Anglican churches in the hills of Northern Thailand, discipling and nurturing a vibrant Lisu community.
• The Wheelchair Project: The largest distributor of mobility equipment in Asia, sharing the love of Jesus with every recipient. Remarkably, this ministry is recognized and blessed by Thailand’s Buddhist king.
• Prosperous Youth Foundation: A team working with hundreds of vulnerable Thai youth, providing discipleship and demonstrating Christ’s love in tangible ways.
• Indigenous Ministry in the Philippines: A family holistically serving the Ati people through discipleship, education, and practical care.
• Business as Mission (BAM): Several families creatively engaging in Myanmar and Thailand, using businesses to create jobs, build relationships, and share the Gospel.

Our Role: Care, Connection, and Encouragement

Our ministry centers on walking alongside these workers, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their calling. Through regular communication, in-person visits, and practical help with strategic planning, we aim to be a safe and steady presence in their lives. We help missionaries stay focused, encouraged, and effective in their work of building God’s Kingdom.
