Ben and Jasmin Seidl have been serving with NI for 20 years, first in Berlin now in Weimar, Germany.
The cities of Europe are hot-spots for artists and makers from around the world, because they allow freedom to self express, self discover and making a difference. As creatives themselves, Ben and Jasmin love to foster community among cultural creatives and followers of Jesus. They believe building intentional bridges between churches and creatives will spark, expand and mature relationship with the Creator God among them.
As Regional Director and NeuroEmbodiment Coach the Seidls help NI affiliates in Europe thrive through providing strategic oversight, pastoral care and guidance in holistic health. It takes a long time to be effective when working in Europe and often cross-cultural workers leave the field within the first 4-6 years. Ben and Jasmin’s ministry nourishes and empowers NI affiliates to deeply root in their calling.
Through their long-term work with faith communities, Ben and Jasmin feel a growing calling to create spaces for fellow ministry practitioners - lay leaders, clergy and parishioners - to enter into playful and open hearted exchange with each other. European Christian leaders after years of ministry find themselves in a place of isolation, missing peers to speak their heart and mind truthfully and unmasked. They need curated time and space to be vulnerable and wrestle with the unknowns of their holy occupations and evolving faith. The Seidls’ ministry encourages and strengthens leaders who make disciples who make disciples.
