Training 4 Orphan Workers

As each new member of our PROMISE Team is brought on board we'll need to train them to work with the orphans who have walked though traumas we can't even imagine. Local organizations witll help with some of this and Kamitra Carr will be working to help train those who'll serve in the homes under the supervision of our local staff.

As each guy and gal developes into more than just a number in the institution, coming into community and deinstitutionalizing, much care needs to be taken. Please help, if you would, provide the training and counsel these houseparents, assistants, home staff and others who will serve these orphans.
